Sales & Business Systems Analyst
Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
To support business operations through sales and data analysis, reconciliation, reporting and business system support, while working closely with different departments and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales and business data and prepare reports and management information.
- Support and maintain business applications, analyse and resolve system and data-related issues, and coordinate with relevant departments and software vendors for fixes and enhancements.
- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation and cleanup using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and verify business calculations, including incentives, commissions and claims as required.
- Prepare SQL queries and reports for business analysis and issue investigation.
- Support UAT, testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
- Investigate data discrepancies and follow up on reported issues through to resolution.
- Support new system implementations, enhancements and other business projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, System Analyst or a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with practical experience in data analysis and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of sales and business data.
- Good knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Experience with ERP and business applications is preferred.
- Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS is an advantage.
- Good understanding of UAT and system testing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to investigate issues independently and follow them through to resolution.
- Ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
- Any other tasks as required to support the business.
